It is a very lovely experience to plan a loved one’s surprise trip to Venice. I knew I wanted to make the trip something to remember as soon as I made the decision to organize it. Selecting the appropriate moment was the first step. I chose spring to avoid the tourist crowds and take advantage of the nice weather, and I made sure to choose a long weekend that wouldn’t conflict with any job or family obligations.

Maintaining secrecy was the next obstacle. I made cautious to utilize a private browser and avoid leaving any traces on shared machines when I made the stealth flight reservations. Additionally, I selected a small, romantic hotel close to the Grand Canal that had the ideal balance of elegance and charm. To heighten the surprise, I set up extras like fresh flowers in the room and a bottle of prosecco.

I concentrated on creating the itinerary after reserving the accommodation and flights. I tried to strike a balance between romantic moments and sightseeing. I reserved a private gondola ride for sunset with a gondolier serenade because it was a must. I also booked a table at a restaurant with a view of the canal, which is well-known for its authentic Venetian fare and beautiful setting.

Keeping the surprise a secret was the most difficult aspect! I didn’t reveal the location when I advised my companion to pack for a weekend trip. The enthusiasm was evident as soon as I gave out the tickets and introduced Venice. Over the course of the following few days, we explored St. Mark’s Square, walked the charming alleyways, went to the Rialto Bridge, and indulged in gelato along the canals.

We watched the sunset over the sea throughout the gondola ride, which was the ideal way to cap off a wonderful surprise. The experiences we made together will last a lifetime, and Venice is a true dream trip.
